Hello Donald ----- Do you remember me? We sailed out to sea back in those days only not on the same ship. I remember you as a real good sailor and this website you are doing is just like the way you used to do things - Big and proud. I am really impressed and I like what you are doing for little kids with getting them instruments to play. This is so like you to a wonderful thing like this. Keep up the good work Donald.

I wish that they had a program for getting musical instrument for kids when I was little. I always wanted to play the trumpet but my father drank up any money we had. I ran away from home and joined the Army and served in the Korean War.I like this website and I am using it to contact lots of agencies in Washington D.C. to get things done for veterans like me who have to fight for our benefits they promised us. Good luck to that little trumpet player.

What a fantastic site! And I will be watching this website grow in the future. I served in the Army during Viet Nam. This is a very impressive place to go to find out information and contact anything in Washington D.C. Thank you for this site.

I was proud to be a sailor and assigned to the Alaska region during the Korean War that Harry Truman called a "Police Action." This is a great site and a wonderful source for information that veterans need. I will be watching this website grow. And I love that little boy with his trumpet. That is a very good program you offer on the VIP Corps - getting musical instruments for little kids. What a wonderful thing to do for children. Everybody should click onto your category "VIP Corps."

Thank you for this website. I am an old retired U.S.Navy Chief. Why Oh why hasn't a site like this happened a long time ago!!!! We need more and more veterans to get involved in the political process and make a difference by making our presence known. The entire veteran community needs to get involved because we have the power to swing elections; the nimbers are in our favor and we can make a difference. Now, don't ever give up the ship. Keep sailing and I love you for what you are doing. And you Donald Edward Fondriasopolous are the sailor to keep it going because there is nothing else in the world like a 'Yorktown Sailor." You guys carry yourself like no other sailor in the world. Your ship the USS Yorktown was the flagship of the Pacific 4th Fleet and your website is just like your ship. Your site is the flagship of websites for veterans. I salute you and your efforts. Thank you. 229 guestbook entries
